The Villas will be set within the jungle plains of Arenal with majestic volcano views for guests to experience the wildlife and natural setting while offering them inside/ outside dining, thermal swimming pools, and the natural sounds of the jungle.

Manuel Antonio Phase 2

We will develop high-end tree house villas in the middle of Manuel Antonio, steps from the area’s main attractions. With high demand and a high-end clientele, we identified a need for more experiential vacation rental stays in this area. Therefore, combining a great location, our experience developing in Costa Rica and our network within travel, this will be another successful project of Belong Costa Rica (The Developer).

 

The Villas will be set within the jungle canopy for guests to experience the wildlife and natural setting while offering them inside/outside dining, swimming pools with slides, and nets/swings to rest and enjoy the natural sounds of the jungle. Each property will benefit from having unique access to one of the area’s premium beach resorts, where guests can enjoy beach club dining and activities.
