Richard hails from the UK but now sounds more like an Aussie, as he’s spent over 20 years living in Costa Rica. He met his Costa Rican wife in Minnesota while working in the hotel industry and fell in love with her and Costa Rica. He lives in Heredia with his two girls (Sarah and Ana) and his dog (Tica).
Richard brings a wealth of experience to the table, having spent 18 years as the Co-owner of Latin Americas and Costa Rica’s largest luxury travel Company, Namu Travel Group. His expertise extends to property development, operation, and sales across Costa Rica, ranging from boutique hotels to luxury homes. His deep understanding of the investment and development landscape in Costa Rica makes him an invaluable partner in any real estate or tourism venture.
